Senior User Acquisition Manager - Korea (f/m/x)

Seoul, South Korea
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your Mission

This is a company built for growth.

When you join exmox, you're stepping onto a global, highly competitive playing field, solving real problems in environments that push you beyond your comfort zone. We move fast, cut the noise, and focus on what actually matters, because in our industry, speed wins.

With 50M+ platform downloads, we’re rapidly scaling one of the most exciting innovations in mobile gaming: a rewarded user engagement and acquisition platform that helps players discover, and engage with games they enjoy - creating lasting value for both players and gaming studios.

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager based in Korea, you’ll be the growth engine driving high-impact performance marketing initiatives across global markets. Moving between deep analytical optimization and creative direction, you will deploy substantial ad spend, unlock scalable acquisition channels, and drive predictable revenue. There is no fixed playbook here: you’ll write it as you go balancing granular campaign mechanics with high-level UA strategy to maximize long-term LTV.

At exmox, we're also embracing AI as part of how we work, not just what we build. We use AI tools to work smarter, cut down on repetitive tasks and spend our time where it actually moves the needle. If that mindset speaks to you, you'll fit right in.

If you value impact, data-led decisions, and ownership, let's talk.

In this role you will:
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and scale performance marketing campaigns for mobile apps across major networks, including Google, Meta, DSPs, rewarded channels, and search platforms.
  • KPI & LTV Optimization: Define, track, and optimize against core financial KPIs grounded in revenue and predictive LTV. You’ll perform daily performance monitoring, diagnose data fluctuations, and execute precise optimizations to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Creative Strategy & Production Pipeline: Test and analyze top-performing ad creatives alongside emerging industry trends. You’ll partner with design teams to plan the production of new concepts and direct a continuous mix of iterative creative testing.
  • Advanced Analytics & Attribution: Leverage MMPs and BI tools to drill into complex performance data, uncovering hidden growth levers, eliminating wasteful ad spend, and structuring data-driven reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition targets with product roadmaps, monetize user cohorts effectively, and share market insights across the org.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Build predictive models and run granular split tests to systematically de-risk growth strategies and ensure every dollar spent delivers measurable commercial yield.

What You Bring

  • Relevant Experience: 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience directly managing and scaling mobile UA campaigns in high-growth environments.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and BI tools; capable of transforming complex performance data into actionable campaign decisions.
  • Commercial Hunter Mentality: A scale-focused mindset obsessed with moving the needle; you are constantly asking "how can we double our ROAS and volume?" to drive exponential growth.
  • Creative & Trend Instinct: Strong grasp of performance creative mechanics, enabling you to identify winning concepts and systematically guide the creative testing pipeline.
  • Process & Automation Instinct: You notice repetitive campaign management tasks and automate them, utilizing scripts, platform rules, and modern AI tooling to maximize efficiency.
  • Communication & Localization Skills: Korean fluency (Level 6) combined with full professional fluency in English, enabling seamless collaboration with local partners and global cross-functional teams.
  • Ambitious & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with high "eagerness" who takes full ownership of massive budgets and relentlessly pursues performance breakthroughs.
  • Nice to have: Experience within the mobile gaming or rewarded user acquisition industry.

How We Win

  • Speed is the feature. Speed beats rocket science. We move fast, test fast, and multiply our pace with AI, because action creates information and small wins compound. A fast failure is a lesson we learn from, a slow one is a problem we can't afford.

  • Focus on the essential. Done is better than perfect. We stay focused on what actually moves us forward and protect people's time from anything that doesn't. We're direct in how we communicate too, no rambling, no unnecessary detail.

  • See it. Own it. Solve it. The first to see it is best placed to fix it. We're not a place for comfort, we're a place for doers. "Not my job" isn't in our vocabulary, if you spot something, you help make sure it gets solved.

  • Respect others. Trust multiplies. Respect is non-negotiable. We disagree with ideas, never with people. Trust here is built the same way it is anywhere, through consistency, a thank you, a moment of listening, and owning your mistakes.
